License Agreement

This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you and VFXGRAPHIX. By downloading any products from this website, you signify that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Grant of License The products are licensed to you, not sold. VFXGRAPHIX remains the sole owner of all products. Upon payment of the applicable fee, VFXGRAPHIX grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the products. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Permitted Use (Royalty-Free) You may use the products for:

• Personal or commercial projects.

• Advertising and promotional materials.

• Websites and electronic applications.

• Broadcast, multimedia, video games, or animation.

• Books, magazines, and print media.

• Modifying for individual style and appearance.

3. Restrictions You are not permitted to:

• Market, distribute, give away, transfer, sell, or sublicense the products in their original or modified form as standalone assets.

• You are not permitted to resell the products as standalone assets. However, you are allowed to include them as part of a finished product (like a video game or a film) where the original files cannot be easily extracted by the end-user.

4. Revocation

This license is valid only if you have paid the applicable fee. All rights will be revoked if you fail to comply with these terms of use.
